Device Responsibility and Financial Policies
Participants are fully responsible for the safekeeping, appropriate use, and timely return of the assigned device.
- Loss or damage of the device charger will result in a fine of 150 Qatari Riyals.
- Loss or damage of the device itself will result in a fine of 1000 Qatari Riyals.
- Devices must be kept in a secure location, protected from exposure to water, extreme heat, or unauthorized access.
- Participants must immediately report any malfunctions, loss, or theft to the administration within 24 hours.
Usage Guidelines
To ensure optimal performance and preserve the device in good condition, participants must adhere to the following:
- Use only authorized chargers and accessories supplied with the device.
- Ensure the device is switched off before cleaning. Use a soft dry cloth; avoid using any liquids.
- Do not install unauthorized software or applications without prior permission.
- Devices must not be loaned, rented, or transferred to any third party without written consent.
- Participants are encouraged to maintain regular check-ups if the device is used for prolonged events.
Technical and On-Site Support
Throughout the exhibition period, technical and on-site support will be available to assist with any device-related issues or inquiries.
- Our technical team will provide immediate assistance in case of device malfunctions or operational problems.
- Support includes troubleshooting, hardware checks, and device replacements if required during the exhibition.
- Assistance is available for setup, connection issues, software usage, and general device operation guidance.
- Participants can request technical help at any time during exhibition working hours.
